BUILT FOR EARLSDON, BY DESIGN
Founded by two business partners with the support of family, our restaurant was created with a clear purpose: to bring something genuinely missing to Earlsdon. A proper grill house and steakhouse experience — where quality food, attentive service and fair pricing all exist under one roof.
We didn’t want to follow trends or overcomplicate things. The ambition was simple but meaningful: to leave our own mark on the area, build something sustainable, and create a place the local community could be proud of.

"The food was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. The service was excellent, especially from our waitress Poppy. All the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The restaurant is so nicely decorated and has a lovely atmosphere. It was so nice sitting in an air-conditioned room on a very hot day. We loved our visit to the Sear Grill House and would definitely recommend it. There is free on street parking outside and it is very accessible."

"Had a such lovely experience at Sear Grillhouse , the atmosphere is relaxing and let me not even get started on the food. I had the double smash burger and my cousin had the butterfly chicken and we loved it. Gopika served us and she was very attentive and helpful. Would defo come back again for sure !!"

Absolutely beautiful, so meaty which is very hit & miss with other places I've been. Lots of flavour. My partner had steak & i had a taste of his & omg beautiful.
